CUBS orders are currently closed but feel free to peruse the site. There are a lot of helpful resources available.

Our projected timeline will put CUBS in hands by October 10th. We will try to make them available as soon as possible.

  • Orders are open: Sept. 15 – 30, 2020
  • Supplies are ordered and received: Sept. 30 – Oct. 5 (this is highly dependent on shipping times and will be the biggest factor in getting boxes out)
  • Assembly: Oct. 5-9
  • Pick Up: Oct 10

No. Calendars and budgets were set well in advance of this unprecedented year. This is not an official scouting event. Our district is aware and supportive of the C.U.B.S. program (because they’re awesome!).

Kids! Specifically, the bags are aimed at Cub Scouts – these are kiddos heading into the first through fifth grades in the fall. However, we would love for any child who loves to explore, create, and have fun to order a bag – you do not have to be a scout to have fun with C.U.B.S.!

We do not have a Lion CUBS available.

CUBS are designed to correlate to scout rank. If your child is entering (Grade) in the fall they are a [Rank].

Yes, Cub Scout ranks are set by Scouting BSA and are covered in depth in your rank book. The CUBS however will include activity ideas and materials. The rank book is a valuable resource for more information on various adventures and organizing your advancement. Particularly, for older cubs it is a good habit as they move into troops, who rely heavily on scout books. However, in the age of the Internet, you will have no problem completing ranks with out it.

No. Because materials are purchased based on registrations, no refunds will be given.

Den Leader Discount: While CUBS can be completed independently of your den, it is certainly more fun for everyone if you can work together. As such, we want to make CUBS a resource for Den Leaders. Any den leader than has at least 4 cub scouts from their den (excluding their household) purchase a CUBS will have their CUBS purchase returned. HOW TO: (1) Purchase your own CUBS; (2) Once you verify your den has purchased at least 4 CUBS (excluding yours) go into Scoutbook and take a screen shot of your Den’s page; (3) Email me using the Contact Form below – attach the screenshot; (4) We will verify den purchases then refund your purchase.
